The Team
Ernst Gabriel, MA
Ernst Gabriel is a trained industrial clerk who successfully completed the examination for certified balance accountants with business authorization through a second educational path. In addition, he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in ‚Tax Management‘ at FH Campus Vienna, focusing on international tax law and transfer pricing. He is currently pursuing the tax advisor examination to further enhance his professional qualifications.
His career includes extensive roles in various international companies and over 20 years of experience in tax consulting. He served as the head of finance and accounting at TMF Accounting & Payroll Steuerberatungs GmbH, during which he held various internal and external roles both domestically and abroad, including serving as CFO DACH of the TMF Group in Luxembourg. Additionally, he has held leadership positions such as chairman of a client structure and managing director of a real estate structure in Croatia, as well as other Austrian companies.
Since early 2023, Ernst Gabriel has been actively involved as the managing partner of Gabriel, Geisler & Partner (GGP) – a company founded in 2018. Together with his team, he supports national and international clients in the areas of accounting (UGB, IFRS), taxes, and auditing.
Mag. Florian Geisler, MBA
Auditors and Tax Advisors
Florian Geisler studied business administration at WU Vienna. He is married and has three children.
After completing his studies, he began his career at PwC Vienna in the areas of accounting and taxes, where he assisted in the auditing of annual financial statements (2001 to 2007). He then transitioned to the Austrian Court of Audit, working as an auditor from 2008 to 2014. Starting in 2015, he returned to consulting and served as a tax advisor and, most recently, as managing director for APS Buchführungs- & Steuerberatungs GmbH in Vienna until 2023.
Since early 2023, he has been serving as a managing partner of Gabriel, Geisler & Partner – GGP (founded in 2018), helping local and international clients in the areas of accounting (UGB, IFRS), taxes, and auditing.
